DetailCar was born from a simple idea: professional car care shouldn't require wasting thousands of litres of water or driving across town to an industrial estate.
We pioneered waterless detailing inside shopping centres — places people already go every week. Drop your car off at the entrance, do your shopping, and pick it up looking like it just left the showroom.
What started as a single mobile unit has grown into a franchise network of 130+ centres across Spain, France, Costa Rica and Tunisia, all built on the same principles: eco-friendly products, hand-finished quality, and comfort that stays with you.
2007
The beginning
DetailCar opens its first mobile unit for at-home service, pioneering waterless car detailing in Spain.
2008
The first DetailCar centre
DetailCar opens its first Vehicle Cleaning Centre at C.C. Portal de la Marina, in Ondara (Alicante).
2009
Franchise model launches
With a proven concept and growing demand, we open the franchise programme. Ten new locations join in the first year.
2012
First master franchise in France
The first master franchise opens in France, advancing our international expansion. This step reinforces our commitment to bringing our business model to new markets.
